My New Divine Morning Routine for 2021
The “cursed” year 2020 is finally gone. We welcomed the New Year with open arms. Now it is time to make the year superb for us. And to do so, we have to remember that to change our surroundings; we need to bring change to our own lives. This is what I am trying to do now. I have planned to add divinity to my mornings to make my days great. Here is how you can do it too.
Wake Up As Early As Possible
In the old Indian scriptures, the dawn has been tagged as the most divine and precious time of a day. It will be great if you can motivate yourself to wake up before sunrise. It will let you feel fresh and ahead of others. The habit will give you more time in a day as well.
Surya Namaskar is more of a yoga or pranayama than a mere mythological ritual. It is a great stretching technique. This will make you feel energetic and flexible at the same time.
Have cold Shower
Nothing can boost your body and mind better than cold shower. Yes, you can prefer to take a bath using light hot water. But for me, cold water is the best to wipe out morning congestion.
Being a busy professional, I like to chalk out my day early in the morning. This gives me a sense of responsibility and at the same time, it makes me feel easy to complete all my tasks one by one.
